IF YOU HAVE GEAR TO CONSIGN OR DONATE, PLEASE BRING IT TO THE BARN TONIGHT BY 7 PM.
**New in 2017: we are not accepting consigned items valued less than $10. Also new: pickup of unsold gear and payment (via check) of sold gear will be on the day of the Swap ONLY, from 4-6 pm. Please make the necessary arrangements. We need to be out of the barn completely by Saturday evening. Thanks for accommodating.**
You can either consign or donate your gear. If you consign, 20% of the sales price will go to the Burlington Sunrise Rotary Club. You will receive a check for 80% of the sales price. On the day of the Swap, from 4 pm to 6 pm, you will need to pick up your check and/or unsold gear. If you donate your gear, 100% of the sales price will go to Rotary.
Please read the Gear Guidelines page before proceeding. Also, please price items fairly. We don’t want to have any leftover gear after the Swap! For each piece of gear that you’d like to consign, please use the form below to generate an item tag, which will be emailed to you from firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of the day. Please print out the item tag and affix it to the gear that you’re consigning. Then, visit the Drop Off Gear page for logistical info on dropping off your gear for the Swap!
You do NOT need to fill out this form for donated items. Simply drop them off during our pre-Swap drop-off time.
